Steven Guillen is a proud Marine Corps Veteran with deep roots in Hamptonville, North Carolina, where he was raised after being born in Florida. Joining the Love is Blinds family is a new chapter for Steven, but delivering exceptional service and prioritizing customer satisfaction is second nature to him. Growing up in a large family with six siblings, Steven developed strong family values and an unwavering work ethic. After graduating from Starmount High School, he answered the call to serve his country by enlisting in the Marines in 2013, where he served as a Military Police Officer and SWAT Sniper.
After leaving the Marine Corps, Steven continued to serve in high-pressure roles, including four years as an Operations Security Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad. In 2022, Steven decided to return home and focus on building his future with his fiancée. He graduated as President of his class at Forsyth Technical Community College’s Basic Law Enforcement Training program and now serves his community through the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. With a baby girl on the way and a passion for quality and service, Steven is excited to help customers transform their living spaces with Love is Blinds, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
